Subscription Terms and Conditions
Principal Term
- This agreement commences once you have indicated your acceptance in the Declaration section of the web/app sign up process.
- This agreement will become binding on you and us once you have signed up, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
- You will be entitled to all the content included in the subscription from the date you signed up.
- You cannot transfer this agreement to anyone else.
Direct Debit Fees & Charges for MONTHLY Subscription
- The first month’s membership fee is collected from you by us by Direct Debit approximately 5 working days from your membership sign up date.
- Your second Direct Debit and from there on will be collected the following month on the same date your first payment was taken. Each payment made is non refundable unless under extreme circumstances at management discretion.
- If any Direct Debit is returned unpaid or if any other form of payment is not honoured for whatever reason, you may incur an administration charge. If, despite us having notified you of a missed payment, further payments are missed, we reserve the right to, at our sole election, either suspend or terminate your membership, upon having given you written notice of our intention to do so.
- You agree to advise us immediately of any change to the member details provided.
Charges for 6-MONTHLY Subscription
- The first 6 month membership fee is collected from you by us by Direct Debit approximately 5 working days from your membership sign up date.
- Your second Direct Debit and from there on will be collected six months later on the same date your first payment was taken. Each payment made is non refundable unless under extreme circumstances at management discretion.
- If any Direct Debit is returned unpaid or if any other form of payment is not honoured for whatever reason, you may incur an administration charge. If, despite us having notified you of a missed payment, further payments are missed, we reserve the right to, at our sole election, either suspend or terminate your membership, upon having given you written notice of our intention to do so.

Direct Debit Prices
- From time to time we may need to increase the price of the subscription. We will give you at least 4 weeks notice of any incoming price increase and will make it very clear when the price increase will take effect and how much your subscription will cost after the increase. During this period, you will have your usual right to terminate your subscription in accordance with the subscription terms and conditions and rules. If you do not terminate the membership by the date given to you in the notice, then the price of your subscription will be increased in accordance with our notice.
Termination
- Any membership terminations require 1 month’s notice at which point we will cancel your direct debit with your bank. The next direct debit will be your final payment. Please contact us directly for options available to you or for any further information.
- In the above circumstances your membership will remain in force until the 29th day after your last payment, at which point it will automatically terminate and you will no longer have access to the content in the members area.
General Subscription Terms
- The log in details you receive once you have signed up to the BTC membership are purely for your use and are not to be shared.
- The monthly resources will be available to download from the website until and including the last day of every month. We recommend downloading the resources to your device.
- If you keep your monthly resource email, you will always be able to access that month’s resources using the link it provides.
